Deliveries
After the order was confirmed by the client and after the reception of it in our services, as well as the
reception of the payment, the shop Artes Antigas will effectuate the sending of the products.
If it cannot be immediately satisfied, the shop Artes Antigas will inform the client of the possible term of
delivery of the products, in order that we confirm the continuity of the interest of the client.

Cancellations and Devolutions
Cancellation and devolution of an order
Any effectuated order will be able to be canceled before the order leave our warehouse, in this case,
the payment that will have been effectuated will be restored without any additional cost.
If the cancellation is effectuated after the expedition of the order it will be deducted in the exact amount to
restore the corresponding value of the shipping costs.
Damaged products
If during the delivery the products present themselves damaged, Artes Antigas will do new sending,
after reception of the damaged article, without any additional costs for the client.
